The initial post-operative system is similar to the AFP Definitive Kit with the addition of an optional plaster cup socket adaptor (available in small and medium). We recommend that the dedicated IPO multi-axial ankle be utilized because it minimizes post-operative radial and axial loading on the wound sight.
