Dycor Terms of Sale

Dycor products (with the exception of custom and special orders) are subject to a thirty day trial period from the date of shipping. Product must be returned unaltered and unmodified in any way and in resell able condition.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing licensed or certified practitioner to provide Dycor with appropriate and accurate specifications of and for purchased products.

If Keel Deflection Weight Chart specifications are not clearly indicated and followed, properly specified components will be mixed and matched and sold to the purchaser as a non-returnable item.

Dycor products are subject to a one year warranty on mechanical and workmanship defects. The warranty is not subject to specification alteration or if the product is utilized for functional restoration other than independent assisted or unassisted transfers and ADLs. Dycor is aware of the increasing pressure on clinics to reduce the cost of prosthetic products and services to third party payers. In response to this situation Dycor is trying to extend the warranty period from twelve to twenty four months on the “H Series” and Dynamic Response feet.

Dycor is interested in reviewing the long term wear pattern on feet that have been appropriately specified and utilized for a period of at least twelve months and will refund the licensed or certified practitioner thirty dollars for the “H Series” foot and fifty dollars for the DR foot. Long term wear pattern information will be made available to the purchasing clinician upon request.
